Entrenador.ai — Inteliventa
This Privacy Policy describes how Inteliventa SpA (“Inteliventa”) processes personal data in connection with the provision of Entrenador.ai, an AI-assisted sales training platform. This policy applies to Users located in Chile and Peru, and is governed by Chile’s Law No. 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life (as modernized by Law No. 21.719) and by Peru’s Law No. 29.733 on Personal Data Protection and its Regulation, depending on the User’s location.
Entrenador.ai is contracted by companies (the “Client”) to train their employees or collaborators (the “Users”). In this context:
Accordingly, obtaining User consent and establishing the lawfulness of the processing are the responsibility of the Client in its capacity as employer and controller, without prejudice to the obligations Inteliventa assumes as processor.
Data is processed for the sole purpose of providing the training service: transcribing and evaluating the exercises, generating feedback, producing progress reports for the Client and enabling quality supervision. Inteliventa does not use the data for purposes other than those instructed by the Client, nor does it commercialize it.
To provide the service, Entrenador.ai uses artificial intelligence models and other services provided by specialized third parties, with whom only the information necessary for each function is shared. These categories include:
Toward the AI engines, content is transmitted applying dissociation measures, so that it does not include the contact data that directly identifies the User. The specific detail of these providers (sub-processors) is available to clients and partners upon request, under the corresponding confidentiality agreements. Such providers process the information according to their own terms and policies; Inteliventa selects providers that declare adequate data-protection standards and takes reasonable measures to safeguard the information, but does not control the unilateral terms of such third parties.
Part of the processing (in particular, that carried out by the AI and avatar providers) occurs outside Chile and Peru. By using the service, the Client and the Users acknowledge and accept that such content may be processed by providers located abroad, to the extent necessary to provide the service, subject to the safeguards set out in this policy. Direct identification data remains hosted on infrastructure located in Chile.
Inteliventa adopts reasonable technical and organizational security measures in line with the state of the art. However, no system is completely infallible, so Inteliventa cannot guarantee the absolute security of the information against events exceeding such reasonable measures.
Data is retained for as long as the service relationship with the Client is in effect. Once that relationship ends, or upon the Client’s express instruction, data is deleted or returned within a maximum period of 90 days, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
You can request manual deletion of the data associated with your account on our data deletion page.
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or deletion, and opposition (ARCO rights) over their personal data, recognized under both Chilean and Peruvian law. Since the Client is the data controller, requests are preferably channeled through the Client; notwithstanding, Inteliventa will assist in handling them and may receive requests at [email protected], forwarding them to the controller where appropriate, in accordance with applicable law.
Inteliventa provides the service as a data processor and is responsible for complying with the Client’s instructions and with the reasonable security measures described in this policy. Inteliventa shall not be liable for: (i) the lack of consent or legal basis that the Client is responsible for obtaining regarding its Users; (ii) the processing carried out by third-party providers under their own terms; (iii) the use that the User or the Client makes of the platform in breach of this policy or applicable law; or (iv) security events exceeding the reasonable measures adopted. Evaluations and content generated by artificial intelligence are indicative and may contain errors; they do not constitute the Client’s final decisions regarding its employees.
